    Funk City December 6th, 2011
     

    The other weekend my friend Jose brought me to a secret spot of his down under a bridge in the Bronx. With only a handful of colors and stock caps, I decided it might be cool to try and do a little illustrated mural. Since it was freehand (no sketch) it was pretty tricky, but all in all it came out and was a lot of fun.

    I painted this garter snake the other day w/ ink and brush. I used to draw tons of reptiles and birds as a kid..  My first pet was a garter snake named ‘Slithery’ I got in the 1st grade.

    Painted this sign for my friends store on the Upper West Side about two months ago. I didn’t have any real plan and had to free hand it so we were both pretty happy with the results.
